Today, in the fast moving, challenging business world, most of us are currently seeking to more effectively align our thoughts, emotions and actions to produce profitable results.
While we (businesses professionals) possess the technological, knowledge and communication capabilities to achieve our goals, we often feel a lack of trust, lack of integrity and power within ourselves to fulfill our desired outcomes in times of transition.

3-01-09 Internal Power
Are you resolving conflicts, living simply and feeling good with what you are creating in the world?
If you are not flowing and feeling connected take 5 minutes and meditate. Close your eyes, notice your thoughts, your breath, your body and calmly relax. Be aware of the experience and connect to the silence.
In the Silence notice that there is no argument, no hardship, and there is a feeling of ease and flow. Notice now that you can shift your reality by connecting to your internal power!
